The Principal is usually involved full-time on strategic projects and on a part-time basis when the project is more tactical in nature. The Principal works closely with the client sponsor and conducts project reviews and presentations to ensure client satisfaction.
Process/Change Consultant: Extensive experience in organizational consulting, business strategy alignment, change management and business process management including process/workflow improvement and technology integration. Proven ability to coach and mentor client staff in organizational change initiatives.
Industry Consultant: Senior level consultant with extensive experience in industry consulting, card payment systems, related technology, information strategic planning and business process re-engineering. Serve as experts in the both business and systems solutions, providing clients with detailed solutions for a broad range of industry issues. Usually serve in lead roles in requirements gathering, functional specifications, RFPs, industry analysis, etc.
Technology Specialist: Management-level IT consulting expertise in support of various projects involving mainframe, distributed, internet, communications or other advanced technologies. These consultants combine generalized industry knowledge with in-depth expertise in technology architectures and the practical selection and implementation of technology solutions.
Program/Project Manager: Manage the program to ensure the project meets the scope, budget, and time constraints as defined in the Statement of Work. The Project Manager has a wide array of responsibilities including planning, staffing, project tracking, quality assurance, change control, and project finance. Keypoint's Project Managers usually serve as Industry Consultants on the projects they manage or manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Senior Business Analyst: Provide requirements gathering, analysis, testing, conversions, and etc. capabilities across a wide variety of functional application areas within the payments industry. Examples may be consultants with extensive industry knowledge (domestic and global) in one or more of the following areas of authorizations, applications, chargebacks, customer service, cardholder accounting, merchant accounting, fraud and risk, product management, etc.
